For employers, the first step is to assess the CVs of the applicants, and then they will choose those who best match the requirements of the job for an interview.

In some recruitment processes, you may have an initial, short interview on the phone. During this call, you may be asked some basic questions about the main requirements of the job.

Before the interview:

-Get information from the company’s website about the type of business and about the skills required for the job.

-If you are not sure how to get there, make the journey a few days before so that you do not get lost.

-Arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled.

During the interview:

-Greet the interviewer with a firm, confident handshake and introduce yourself clearly.

After the interview :

Send an email, thanking the interviewer for taking the time to speak to you. Send another email or call to ask about the job after one week if you don’t receive any answer. Keep a list of all the companies and jobs where you have applied.
